To keep painting a better future, we need you! We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Intern for our plant in Garín, Argentina, to work with our Alba brand. Alba, present in the market since 1925, is a leading decorative paints brand in Argentina. Project Description: Contribute to transparency in the CX area. Support process improvement with the goal of clarifying data to showcase progress made by the customer service center. Project Objective: Improve the data we have by detecting errors or omissions in the generated data, thereby ensuring effective visualization and better decision-making. What is the project’s impact on the organization? Put the customer at the center. - Student who has completed at least 50% of their degree program and has at least one year remaining before graduation. - Resident of Garín or nearby areas. - Availability to undertake a part-time internship from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM (4 hours), Monday through Friday (on-site).
