Propose improvements to optimize resources and reduce failures Job Objective Ensure operational continuity of production equipment through planning, execution, and supervision of industrial maintenance tasks, organizing preventive maintenance, supervising technical tasks, and efficiently managing departmental resources. Main Responsibilities • Execute and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on industrial equipment. • Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures, defining intervention priorities. • Perform general repairs in mechanics, industrial electricity, and welding. • Work on electric motors, industrial control panels, and basic automation systems. • Develop, implement, and monitor the preventive maintenance plan. • Define maintenance routines, frequencies, and records. • Manage spare parts inventory jointly with the storeroom supervisor, identifying critical spares and replenishment needs. • Request quotations and coordinate work with external suppliers when necessary. • Supervise and guide operators assisting in maintenance tasks. • Keep technical documentation and equipment history up to date. • Propose improvements aimed at optimizing resources, reducing failures, and minimizing downtime. • Ensure compliance with industrial safety and hygiene standards. Profile Requirements • Electromechanical technician, mechanical technician, industrial electrician, or related technical qualification. • Proven experience in industrial maintenance (minimum 4–5 years). • Experience in developing and monitoring preventive maintenance plans. • Solid knowledge of industrial mechanics, electricity, and welding. • Basic knowledge of automation systems, variable-frequency drives, and electrical panels. • Experience coordinating personnel and interacting with suppliers. • Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, logs, reports). • Experience in industrial SMEs (valued). • Residence in areas near Pilar.
