Leadership in incident investigation and root cause analysis We are currently searching for an HSE Coordinator for a major Oil \& Gas operator in the Neuquén Basin. This is a role with both operational and strategic scope, involving significant field operation exposure. The position targets candidates with deep expertise in petroleum operations and technical-operational judgment. Main Responsibilities: Support and respond to safety needs across various operational areas (plants, equipment, drilling, workover, maintenance, electricity, subsidiaries, etc.) Drive improvements in safety processes, standards, and practices, focusing on innovation and automation Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses Manage KPIs, dashboards, and management reports presented to strategic levels to facilitate decision-making Collaborate closely with operational teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety. Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles related to operations within the Oil \& Gas industry (mandatory). Experience coordinating teams (mandatory). Knowledge of risk management, work permits, KPIs, and incident management. Track record with top-tier operating companies or contractors. **Work Mode:** On-site. **Work Location:** Field site (Neuquén) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, plus on-call duty schedule.
