Position Summary: A major industry located in the Malagueño Industrial Park is seeking a Junior HR Assistant to provide administrative support, personnel file tracking, assistance in absenteeism monitoring, and support in personnel selection. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support and personnel file tracking. 2. Assistance in absenteeism monitoring and employee inquiries. 3. Support in personnel selection process and continuous process improvement. A major industry located in the Malagueño Industrial Park is hiring a Junior HR Assistant. Main responsibilities for this position: • Administrative support for the department • Preparation and tracking of personnel files • Assistance in absenteeism monitoring • Handling employee questions and inquiries • Supporting the personnel selection process • Providing general support for Human Resources department tasks Job responsibilities include: • Collaborating in the proper execution of departmental tasks • Providing support to various company departments on matters related to personnel management. • Assisting in tracking supporting documentation required for departmental processes. • Contributing to continuous process and task improvement. Candidate requirements: • Students pursuing studies in Human Resources, Labor Relations or related fields. • Familiarity with core responsibilities of the position.
