COFCO International Argentina incorporates a Manager of Quality for Beef Export , responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the entire supply chain of beef destined for export. Main Responsibilities Supervise the quality management of beef suppliers in South America. Define supplier management system standards and ensure their proper implementation. Coordinate audits, supplier onboarding, daily operations, and performance evaluations, maintaining an updated supplier database. Manage quality complaints and lead continuous improvement plans for products and specifications. Monitor progress and compliance with ESG criteria at supplier plants, aligned with customer sustainability requirements. Carry out additional quality management tasks that may be assigned according to project needs. Essential Requirements More than 10 years of verifiable experience in beef quality control, with comprehensive knowledge of slaughter and processing procedures. Professional proficiency in English, essential for interacting with global teams and international customers. Other Valued Requirements Certifications in HACCP, BRCGS or other international standards. Experience working with major fast food chains or global customers. Desired Profile A professional with strong attention to detail, solid technical judgment, autonomy, auditing capability, and skills to work with multiple suppliers and multicultural teams.
