We are looking for a professional with a solid technical profile, team leadership experience, and a strong focus on fieldwork, committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Main Responsibilities * Lead, coordinate, and supervise plant-based work teams. * Manage technical operations and ensure achievement of departmental objectives. * Resolve technical issues related to electronics, automation, mechanics, and electromechanics. * Prepare daily reports and operational summaries regarding plant performance. * Lead, motivate, and train the team, fostering a safe, collaborative, and high-performance work environment. * Drive continuous improvements in processes and operational efficiency. Requirements * Graduate in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * **2 to 5 years** of experience in similar positions. * Experience in automation using **Siemens systems** (mandatory). * Strong hands-on knowledge in electronics, automation, mechanics, and electromechanics. * Field-oriented profile (field engineering). * Proficiency in computer tools and email for report preparation. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Excellent written communication skills. * Problem-solving skills, team management, and leadership experience are highly valued.
