Electromechanical Maintenance Technician On-site | Full-time | Rotating shifts We are looking for a proactive Electromechanical Maintenance Technician with solid technical knowledge to ensure the proper operation of plant equipment and facilities. Your primary objective will be to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, diagnose failures, and carry out repairs efficiently and safely, contributing to the operational continuity of the production process. Main Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, equipment, and facilities. Diagnose failures and malfunctions, identifying root causes. Repair or replace mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components. Interpret electrical, mechanical, and technical diagrams. Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. Record performed maintenance tasks and spare parts usage. Collaborate in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and in optimizing equipment performance. Requirements Electromechanical Technician or related technical education/experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Knowledge of mechanics, industrial electricity, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams. Ability to work in teams and under pressure. Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused profile. Conditions Working days: Monday to Saturday. Rotating shifts: morning shift and afternoon shift.
