Integrated Buyer (Productive and Non-Productive) | Confidential · A major bakery company, a leader in its sector with a network of over 25 branches and its own production plant, is seeking an Integrated Buyer to join its Procurement team. We seek a candidate with strong negotiation skills and operational vision, eager to be part of a professionalization and organizational growth process. The Challenge Your mission will be to manage the full procurement cycle for two critical areas: Productive Purchasing: Sourcing of raw materials (flours, dairy products, pastry ingredients) and packaging, ensuring continuity of the production plant. Non-Productive Purchasing: Management of indirect supplies, general services, branch maintenance, and office supplies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and evaluate strategic supplier panels. Negotiate commercial terms (prices, payment terms, and delivery times) to optimize savings and profitability. Coordinate with Production and Logistics departments to ensure optimal stock levels. Analyze cost variances and prepare management reports for senior leadership. Manage purchase orders and administrative follow-up within the ERP system. What Profile Are We Seeking? Experience: At least 3 years in similar roles, preferably within food industry, retail, or companies with multiple sales points. Education: Graduates or advanced students in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields. Skills: Strong negotiation ability, autonomy, organization, and a problem-solving orientation. Systems: Advanced Excel proficiency and prior experience using management systems (ERP). Schedule and Location: On-site: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs (Northern Greater Buenos Aires Area). Remote Work: Saturdays (3-hour reduced shift).
