Role Responsibilities * Identify and activate new points of sale in Chubut and Rio Negro, helping to grow the volume of our services in their locations. * Achieve the targets for locations, transactions, and revenue in the assigned region. * Interact with agents, activating and supporting them in the growth of all our products and services, maximizing sales opportunities. * Build strong relationships of trust and fluid communication with clients. You will use your reporting skills to provide weekly reports and competitive analysis. * Manage, control, and supervise all active agents, providing them with the support necessary for their proper operation. * Availability for business travel (3 days). Role requirements: * At least two years of sales and B2C experience in retail channels and financial services companies. * Negotiation and teamwork skills. * The work environment requires autonomy and responsibility. * Own vehicle in good condition. Includes a driver's license and vehicle ownership (required). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
