Key Responsibilities:* Responsible for managing business relationships with customers in their region. * Execute periodic visit plans both in mining areas and customer offices to identify needs or promote new products, equipment, or services. * Prepare and manage the annual commercial plan. * Keep the installed equipment fleet up to date. * Create, manage, and present reporting related to their region in Salesforce. * Develop and implement new and original strategies to support the sales plan. * Safety first: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero-harm behaviors in support of our drive toward developing a world-class safety culture. Location:* San Juan, Argentina * Availability to travel Education & Experience:* Technician or professional with background in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical, Chemical, or other related field. * More than 5 years of experience in technical sales * Desirable work experience greater than 8 years * Experience in sales, commercial management reporting, and the mining sector * Knowledge and experience with equipment, products, and services for mining and industry Language;* Intermediate English desirable Job Knowledge and Qualifications:* Availability and health compatible with working on-site and in mining operations * Intermediate Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) * Knowledge or experience with Salesforce Reasoning Ability:* Customer orientation and service * Proactivity and initiative * Assertive communication * High negotiation and problem-solving skills Who We Are: Founded in 1871, Weir is a world-leading engineering company aiming to make mining operations smarter, more efficient, and sustainable.
