Position Summary: We are seeking a quotation/tender analyst with experience in construction and technical services to perform cost calculations, budgeting, and commercial support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performing cost calculations and reviewing budgets. 2. Monitoring tender portals and providing customer service. 3. Collaborating with Operations, Administration, and HR departments. We are looking for a quotation/tender analyst with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar positions within construction and technical services companies. Key objectives of the position include performing cost calculations and budget assessments to contribute to the success of our commercial proposals. Responsibilities: - Cost calculation and budget review. - Monitoring and updating the CRM. - Preparation, tracking, and updating of proposals. - Monitoring and updating current customer rates. - Preparing departmental reports. - Providing commercial support and support to Operations managers. - Internal and external customer service. - Monitoring tender portals (Exiros, ARIBA, e-buyplace, etc.) and coordinating with site managers. - Reading and reviewing tender documents. - Scheduling rate updates according to pre-agreed criteria. - Liaising with Operations, Administration, and HR departments. · Candidates must meet the following requirements: - Technical education with an electromechanical, electrical, electronic, or related orientation. - Proven experience in similar positions. - Proficiency in tools: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Valid driver’s license. - Negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in teams and demonstrate leadership. · . -Requirements- Minimum education: High school 3 years of experience Age: 24 years or older Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: analyst
