Mechanical fault diagnosis and resolution A transportation company is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for comprehensive management of the workshop and truck fleet maintenance. Responsibilities • Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet. • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and associated system failures. • Coordinate daily tasks with the work team, ensuring productivity and quality. • Supervise proper use, maintenance, and availability of tools and supplies. • Manage spare parts inventory, placing purchase orders as necessary. • Maintain order, cleanliness, and building maintenance in the workshop and premises. • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. • Maintain basic records of completed and pending maintenance activities. • Report fleet status and technical requirements to management. • Coordinate work with suppliers and external service providers as required. • General maintenance Requirements • Age: between 35 and 50 years (preferred). • Proven experience in heavy-duty mechanics, hydraulic systems, and fleet maintenance. • Previous experience in similar positions. • Good interpersonal skills, professional presence, and communication ability. • Responsible, committed, and proactive profile. • Residence in Zárate, Campana, or nearby areas (preferred). • Valid truck driver’s license. • Flexible working hours. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary school 5 years of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 35 and 50 years Driver's licenses: A1 ,A2 ,A2.1 ,A2.2 ,A3 ,B1 ,B2 ,C2 ,D1 ,D2 ,E1 ,E2 ,F ,G1 ,G2 Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: mechanic, mecanico, residente, encargado, supervisor, subgerente, responsable, coordinador, gestor, capitan
