Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Engineer to support the commercial area, strengthening the technical and strategic management of tenders and electrical engineering projects. Key Highlights: 1. Supports commercial and strategic management in electrical engineering. 2. Prepares technical and economic proposals for projects. 3. Manages tender processes and commercial follow-up. JOB OBJECTIVE To hire a Junior Engineer to support the commercial area, responsible for strengthening the technical and strategic management of tender processes, proposal development, and acquisition of new business in electrical engineering projects. SPECIFIC JOB OBJECTIVES 1. Support in Commercial and Strategic Management - Support the definition and achievement of commercial objectives. - Participate in business evaluation and formulation of medium- and long-term growth strategies. - Contribute to database and market opportunity analysis. 2. Preparation and Submission of Technical and Economic Proposals - Prepare technical and commercial proposals for electrical engineering projects. - Prepare budgets, unit price analyses (UPA), and cost calculations for materials, labor, and overhead (AIU). - Develop quotations, invitations to tender, and documentation required for public and private procurement processes. 3. Tender Process Management - Identify, analyze, and participate in public and private tender processes. - Coordinate with strategic partners to structure joint proposals. - Monitor tenders through to closure and award. - Attend closing hearings and award processes as required. 4. Technical Support in Projects - Interpret drawings and technical documentation. - Use specialized tools such as AutoCAD and Revit to support budgeting and technical analysis. - Assist in developing construction schedules and preliminary project planning. 5. Commercial Management and Follow-up - Support acquisition of new clients and conduct technical visits. - Track quotations and ongoing commercial processes. - Provide post-sales support and customer service. - Participate in commercial negotiations. 6. Marketing and Commercial Development Support - Contribute to implementing marketing and corporate positioning strategies. - Prepare technical and commercial reports for sales presentations. 7. Commercial Project Management and Organization - Support planning of timelines, tasks, resources, and budgets in commercial processes. - Identify potential risks and propose preventive actions. - Maintain updated records, reports, and documentation of all processes. 8.
