Job Summary: Accounts Receivable Analyst responsible for managing customer portfolio, recording collections, analyzing foreign exchange rate differences, and preparing reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of active customer portfolio and collection analysis. 2. Preparation of management reports and KPIs for relevant departments. 3. Analysis of accounts and credit limits for order release. Job-related Tasks: Manage active customer portfolio. Record collections into the system and analyze foreign exchange rate differences. Conduct collection analysis, perform accurate posting and reconciliation of customers' current accounts. Prepare management reports and KPIs, debt information, average payment days, collection reports, among others, for relevant departments. Monitor, track, and report collections according to customer terms—analyze and correct deviations. Analyze accounts, delays, and credit limits for order release. Requirements: · Analytical ability, organized and methodical. · Problem-solving oriented, observant (deviation identification). · Strong interpersonal skills (self-management). · Proficient in Microsoft tools, especially Excel.
