Summary:
Seeking an Accountant for full-cycle accounting across diverse clients, requiring precision, tech-savviness, and proactive problem-solving.
Highlights:

3. Direct communication with client stakeholders
### **Accountant \| Full\-Cycle \| Remote**
**Howard Financial Services** is a remote\-first fractional accounting and finance firm supporting \~75 clients across hospitality, vacation rentals, real estate, e\-commerce, and consumer brands. We're not a back\-office shop — we're the finance team our clients wish they'd hired in\-house, minus the overhead.
We're looking for an **Accountant** who owns full\-cycle accounting end to end, moves fluidly between multiple clients and priorities without losing precision, and treats tech stacks as a toolkit, not a hurdle.
#### **What you'll own**
* Full\-cycle accounting for a portfolio of clients: AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, month\-end and year\-end close
* Preparation of accurate, timely financial statements and reporting packages
* Multi\-entity, multi\-client workflows — context\-switching is part of the job, not an exception to it
* Process improvement: spotting inefficiencies and building better workflows, not just following the ones that exist
* Direct communication with client stakeholders — you'll represent Howard, not hide behind it
#### **What makes you a fit**
* **Full\-cycle accounting mastery** — you don't need hand\-holding on the fundamentals
* **English fluency at a professional level** — clear, confident written and verbal communication with U.S.\-based clients
* **Tech\-forward** — comfortable across accounting platforms (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.) and quick to pick up new tools; you see automation as an ally
* **Resourceful and proactive** — you find the answer before you ask the question, and you flag problems before they become fires
* **Comfortable in the switch** — three clients, three industries, three priorities in one afternoon doesn't rattle you
* **Sharp and confident** — you can hold your own in a conversation with a client's CFO
#### **Bonus points**
* Experience in hotels
* Prior experience in a fractional, multi\-client, or outsourced accounting environment
