We are looking for Car Salespersons for our showroom to join our already-established team. Increasing our sales volume and expanding our agency through the contribution of new teams is what motivates us to initiate this search. We are seeking Plan Sales Supervisors with strong knowledge of sales techniques and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities * Execute the full sales process * Manage leads from potential customers and develop sales pitches * Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. .* Provide training and support to sales staff. * Monitor sales staff performance and take corrective actions when necessary. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
