Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and creative Knitter to operate circular knitting machines, control quality, perform basic maintenance, and manage production at a leading fashion accessories company. In this role, you will be responsible for: Machine Operation: Starting up, monitoring, and shutting down circular knitting machines (specifically Lonati machines) Raw Material Loading: Supplying yarns (cotton, lycra, nylon) to the appropriate positions according to the product technical sheet. Quality Control: Continuous visual inspection of garments to detect defects (dropped stitches, snags, tension variations, or oil stains). Basic Preventive Maintenance: Removing lint and textile dust, lubricating needles and sinkers, and replacing broken or defective needles. Production Management: Meeting daily production targets and recording production reports (units produced vs. defective units) Problem Solving: Identifying machine alarms and errors, performing minor adjustments, or reporting major failures to the plant mechanic. · Requirements and Competencies: Secondary education (MANDATORY). Technical studies/knowledge (Desirable) High availability for rotating shifts.
