Service-oriented mindset and goal orientation A reputable service station operator in the Alto Valle region of Río Negro Province is seeking a SHIFT SUPERVISOR for the city of CINCO SALTOS. The ideal candidate will possess a dynamic profile, leadership qualities, proactivity, excellent interpersonal skills and personnel management experience, a service-oriented mindset, and a strong focus on achieving objectives. Key responsibilities include: • Ensuring compliance with the Service Cycle. • Promoting the achievement of performance objectives and programs. • Ensuring staff wear uniforms correctly and maintain them in clean condition. • Supervising adherence to work schedules by subordinate staff. • Resolving operational issues arising at the station and providing courteous, respectful service to both internal and external customers. • Fostering communication among peers. • Respecting and enforcing Safety and Hygiene measures. • And other duties.
