The Opportunity: We are looking for candidates with proven experience who wish to join our commercial structure. The position is Sales Associate, with the goal that, upon demonstrating performance and alignment with company values, candidates assume the role of Store Manager. Who Are We Looking For? We target professionals with maturity and genuine commitment to the project (preferably aged 30+): Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in similar positions (mandatory). Prior Experience: Experience in sales and, crucially, prior management or supervisory responsibilities in similar sectors. Natural Leadership: Team management, stock control, cash register opening/closing, achievement of sales targets, problem-solving ability, showroom organization, and proposal of improvements. Sales Excellence: Ability to close transactions and provide personalized advice, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibility: Punctuality, honesty, and sound judgment in store management. Initial Responsibilities: Customer service and retention. Stock control and merchandise replenishment. Maintenance of showroom image and order. (Future) Cash handling, sales reporting, and team coordination.
