Location: Neuquén Capital Candidate Profile: We seek a professional with outstanding manual dexterity, attention to detail, and proven experience in restoring vehicle surfaces without affecting the original paint. Requirements: Previous experience: In similar positions (authorized dealerships or automotive aesthetics workshops). Technical knowledge: Proficiency with precision tools (rods, suction cups, reflection lamps, and traction systems). Skills: Ability to assess damage (hail, parking impacts, minor touches) and determine the appropriate repair technique. Competencies: Quality orientation, proactivity, and excellent organizational skills. Driver’s license: Valid (mandatory requirement). Main Responsibilities: Perform dent repair on various vehicle panels. Disassemble and reassemble parts (panels, roofs, hoods) when required by the repair process. Ensure compliance with brand quality and finish standards. Collaborate with the workshop department to optimize vehicle delivery times.
