In this role, you will be instrumental in supervising and managing plant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality across all textile processes. Your primary mission: Design efficient production systems, eliminate bottlenecks, and lead the transition toward high-performance operations. What profile are we looking for? • Education: Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field (degree required). • Experience: +5 years leading actual industrial plants. • Mindset: Ability to manage forecasting, procurement, inventory, and material flow. • Leadership: Focus on metrics, continuous improvement, and making difficult decisions. Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the textile plant. Coordinate with various departments to optimize production. Analyze performance metrics and propose continuous improvements. Oversee compliance with quality standards. Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely product delivery. · Requirements: Prior experience in managing industrial plants. Knowledge of textile processes and associated technologies. Ability to lead and motivate work teams.
