Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Salesperson with a commercial profile, strategic vision, and a strong focus on closing e-commerce sales to design and execute effective strategies and advise customers. Key Highlights: 1. Design and implement effective sales strategies for digital channels. 2. Advise customers by applying in-depth product knowledge. 3. Manage and track the customer lifecycle. We’re looking for a Salesperson! (100% Remote Position) Are you passionate about sales, motivated to achieve and exceed targets, and purely commercially oriented? We’re looking for you to join our team! We seek a persuasive individual with strategic vision and a strong focus on e-commerce sales closing. Your main responsibilities will be: - Design and implement effective sales strategies for digital channels. - Advise customers by applying in-depth product knowledge. - Manage and track the customer lifecycle. - Achieve and exceed company-set sales targets. Mandatory Requirements: - Proven experience: More than 2 years in sales roles (e-commerce experience is mandatory). - Tool proficiency: Solid knowledge of CRM (Kommo platform). - Soft skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written) and high persuasion ability. - Remote profile: Self-management capability, organization, proactivity, and personal equipment (PC and stable internet connection). What We Especially Value (Desirable): Prior experience or knowledge in the dry construction industry. Courses, certifications, or training focused on sales and closing techniques. Employment Conditions: Work Mode: 100% Remote. Working Hours: Full-time. Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive commission scheme. Billing: Ability to issue service invoices (Monotributo regime).
