Position Summary: We are seeking a leader with strong decision-making capability to design, implement, and optimize production systems, standardize processes, and develop teams. Key Highlights: 1. Design and implementation of productive planning systems. 2. Leadership in process optimization and continuous improvement. 3. Development and professionalization of production workshops. Design and implement a productive planning system based on sales forecasting. Standardize procurement, cutting, sewing, and quality control processes. Develop and professionalize the in-house cutting workshop. Evaluate and develop external workshops. Implement productive KPIs. Optimize costs and efficiency. Reduce bottlenecks. Generate operational autonomy within the department. The candidate must possess genuine decision-making ability and structural leadership. · 4 Required Technical Profile Completed university education (mandatory). Ideal: Industrial Engineering or related fields. Minimum 5 years’ experience leading production operations. Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization. Experience managing teams. Advanced proficiency in analytical and digital tools.
