The position requires candidates with a service-oriented mindset, responsibility, and a commitment to quality in patient care, capable of operating effectively in a dynamic environment and under the professional standards of the pharmaceutical industry. Essential requirements: - Experience serving the public in a pharmacy setting, delivering courteous, efficient, and professional service. - Knowledge and practical experience in dispensing medications, adhering to current regulations. - Familiarity with health insurance providers: validations, interpretation of regulations, authorizations, management of vouchers/co-payments, digital and manual prescriptions. - Experience with pharmacy management systems (specific system not mandatory; adaptability and ability to learn will be valued). - Cash handling: opening and closing the register, cash counts, handling funds, and financial reporting. - Execution of operational tasks within the department: maintaining workplace order, monitoring product expiration dates, restocking, and proper merchandise rotation. Position Conditions: - Availability to work rotating shifts and days off (mandatory). - Ability to integrate into teams focused on excellence in pharmaceutical care. - Fully on-site work mode in the Ing.
