At Maxiconsumo, we are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our Human Resources team. We seek a committed, organized individual with an analytical mindset who ensures efficient and reliable payroll processes, supporting the growth of a company with a strong track record in the industry. What will you do? Input payroll updates and generate pay slips. Process payroll, vacation payments, advances, and loans. Calculate and file social security contributions. Process private health insurance (prepagas). Manage union accounts. Record accounting entries related to payroll. What are we looking for? Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Advanced student or graduate in HR, Labor Relations, or related fields. Strong knowledge of labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements. Proficiency with systems (e.g., Time Aware, Nexus). Accounting knowledge and familiarity with union processes. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team. Residence in Haedo or nearby areas. What do we offer?
