Job Summary: We are seeking a Management Control Analyst for the Commercial Administration team, responsible for accounting tasks, reconciliations, balance tracking, and internal support. A role focused on service orientation, efficiency, and commercial passion At Autocity, we are currently looking for a Management Control Analyst to join our Commercial Administration team. Main Responsibilities: Posting vouchers and recording accounting entries. Reconciling accounting accounts and analyzing customer balances. Tracking returns and managing customer balances. Providing attention and support to internal customers and the commercial department. Requesting and monitoring billing processes. Recording and controlling various payments (e.g., stamps, municipal fees, etc.). Issuing and managing stamp payment orders (POs) until the process is automated. Issuing and managing used-vehicle payment orders. Performing manual customer ledger postings and adjustments. Managing and tracking fines and VO debts, including handling internal communications (emails). Requirements: Graduate or advanced student of Public Accounting (Mandatory). Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative positions. Advanced Excel proficiency. Work Modality: Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30. Workplace: On-site.
