Lead work teams and external suppliers. Supervise maintenance area tasks. Participate in improvement and reengineering projects. Manage procurement of spare parts and supplies to optimize costs. Ensure quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards. Monitor workshop and operational area organization and cleanliness. Implement maintenance operating systems. REQUIREMENTS: Proven prior experience in similar positions, preferably 3 years or more. Experience in processing plants and/or agro-industrial sector will be valued. If not residing in the area, willingness to relocate to San José de Metán. Willingness to travel within the province.
