We are looking for a Logistics Graduate or related degree holder to serve as Warehouse Supervisor, with solid experience in planning, organization, and team leadership. We seek a proactive professional, results-oriented, and capable of optimizing logistics processes, ensuring operational efficiency and comprehensive warehouse control. Main Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse operations. Manage stock control and reconciliation, ensuring inventory accuracy. Organize goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. Lead and develop the workforce, assign tasks, and ensure goal achievement. Implement improvements in logistics processes to optimize time and resources. Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Prepare management reports and performance indicators. Requirements University degree: Logistics Graduate or similar. Proven experience in logistics planning, organization, and management. Experience in team leadership and management. Age between 30 and 40 years. Resident in Rosario or nearby areas (mandatory). Solid knowledge of stock and inventory control. Leadership ability, decision-making capability, and problem-solving skills.
