A grill cook’s primary duties involve preparing and cooking foods on the grill (tacos, burritos, quesadillas), ensuring flavor, quality, and presentation, while also maintaining hygiene and order in their work area, managing ingredient inventories, and following sanitary protocols—a demanding role requiring speed and attention to detail to avoid delaying service
Main Responsibilities:
Cooking and Preparation: Prepare grilled dishes following recipes and quality standards.
Mise en Place: Prepare ingredients (cutting, cleaning) and have them ready for cooking.
Quality Control: Ensure each dish meets taste and presentation standards.
Maintenance and Cleaning: Keep the grill, utensils, and entire work area clean and organized before, during, and after the shift.
Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish raw materials and beverages.
Sanitary Protocols: Comply with personal and food hygiene standards.
Time Management: Record and monitor production times to prevent delays. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School
