Your mission will be: -Supervise and support sales teams across all our branches. -Ensure achievement of business objectives while maintaining our standards of image and customer service. -Provide continuous leadership and training, fostering motivated and committed teams. -Manage goal achievement, tasks, and processes. -Actively contribute to the growth of a brand that never stops expanding. -Perform administrative duties related to the role. We seek a candidate who: -Has solid experience leading sales teams (mandatory). -Is highly results-oriented and focused on active sales. -Possesses skills to organize and supervise administrative tasks. -Knows sales techniques (e.g., Friedman method or others — bonus points!). -Is available for full-time work, flexible hours, and travel (minimum 2–3 times per month). -Is willing to respond to emergencies and assume on-call duty when required. -Can work autonomously and demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment.
