Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Foreign Trade Analyst to track import operations and manage the administrative functions of the department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tracking of foreign trade operations 2. Coordination of goods nationalization and release 3. Contact with suppliers and customs broker We are looking for a Foreign Trade Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized and proactive, focused on tracking import operations and managing the department’s administrative tasks. Responsibilities Tracking of foreign trade operations. Monitoring of payments abroad and to suppliers within the import process. Registration and tracking of shipments, invoices, and due dates. Contact with overseas suppliers and customs broker. Support in tracking shipments, procedures, and documentation. Coordination of the goods nationalization and release process. Requirements Student or graduate in Foreign Trade or related fields. Previous experience in similar positions (preferred). Proficiency in Excel and computer tools. Intermediate English. Organized, methodical profile with strong time-management and deadline-oriented skills.
