Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect to support construction projects, maintenance, and licensing of commercial premises, managing projects and suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of plans, budgets, and maintenance tracking. We are looking for an Architect to join the company’s Architecture Department, providing support for construction projects, maintenance, and licensing of commercial (retail) premises. Required Education Architect (mandatory). Technical Skills Design and drafting: proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp). Experience with process management software is valued. Technical documentation: preparation of plans, diagrams, and presentations. Construction knowledge: materials, construction methods, and local regulations. Analysis: cost and budget analysis, layout analysis, preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling. Project management: support in planning, budgeting, and task tracking. Soft Skills Clear and effective communication with suppliers and internal teams. Teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability. Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Main Responsibilities Support the Architecture Department in construction projects, maintenance, and licensing. Supplier monitoring and management. Preparation of plans and quotation sheets. Management and monitoring of municipal procedures (construction permits, commercial licenses, and others). Development and analysis of construction and maintenance budgets. Monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance plans across branches. Maintenance and construction helpdesk management.
