We seek an organized, analytical, and responsible individual capable of working collaboratively and handling accounting and financial information. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: -Recording accounting transactions (purchases, sales, income, and expenses). -Managing invoicing and recording supplier invoices. -Bank reconciliations. -Treasury control: tracking collections and payments. -Using accounting software and computer tools. -Supporting tax analysis and preparation of sworn statements. -Preparing and organizing accounting documentation (balance sheets, reports, etc.). -Preparing documentation requested by the accountant for closings and financial statements. REQUIREMENTS: -Education in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. -Prior experience in similar positions. -Proficiency in accounting management software. -Analytical, organized, and responsible profile. -Teamwork skills.
