We are looking for a professional with strong analytical orientation and experience in comprehensive management to join our administrative team. The primary objective will be to lead management control, ensuring profitability and compliance with the company’s labor and financial obligations using the Odoo ERP system. Main Responsibilities: Sales Management: Comprehensive monitoring of invoicing, accounts receivable control, and analysis of customer current accounts. Payroll Processing: Handling payroll updates, salary calculations, social security contributions, and compliance with current labor regulations. Cost and Pricing Analysis: Evaluation of direct and indirect costs, determination of profitability margins, and strategic updating of selling prices. Economic and Financial Reporting: Development of cash flow statements, budgets, and management reports for decision-making. Odoo Administration: Data entry and reconciliation across all accounting and operational modules of the system. Requirements: Education: Graduates or advanced students in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions (mandatory). Software: Advanced proficiency in Odoo (certifications or verifiable ERP experience preferred) and Excel. Competencies: Proactivity, critical analytical ability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
