The primary objective will be to lead management control, ensuring profitability and compliance with labor and financial obligations of the company using the Odoo ERP system. Main Responsibilities: Sales Management: Comprehensive tracking of invoicing, collection control, and analysis of customer accounts receivable. Payroll Processing: Handling payroll updates, salary calculations, social security contributions, and compliance with current labor regulations. Cost and Pricing Analysis: Evaluation of direct and indirect costs, determination of profitability margins, and strategic updating of selling prices. Economic and Financial Reporting: Development of cash flow statements, budgets, and management reports for decision-making. Odoo Administration: Data entry and reconciliation across all accounting and operational modules of the system. Requirements: Education: Graduates or advanced students in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions (mandatory). Software: Advanced proficiency in Odoo (certifications or verifiable ERP experience preferred) and Excel. Competencies: Proactivity, critical analytical ability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
