ECOFACTORY SRL is currently seeking a Flexographic Printing Manager to join its production plant. We seek a candidate with technical training, a proactive and solution-oriented profile, focused on quality, safety, and teamwork. Proven experience and knowledge in printing processes—particularly flexographic printing—will be especially valued. Responsibilities Monitor online print quality. Ensure compliance with printing procedures. Maintain the printing press in optimal condition regarding order, cleanliness, and functionality. Monitor inks, solvents, and colors required for production. Manage input inventory and request replenishment. Perform print adjustments and machine setup. Collaborate on basic maintenance and process improvement. Train staff in good work practices. Requirements Technical education (preferred). Proven knowledge of printing. Experience in flexographic printing will be especially valued. Knowledge of print adjustments using doctor blades and anilox rollers. Proficiency in handling inks, solvents, and colors. Knowledge of polymers, mounting, and maintenance. Experience in inventory control. Completed secondary education. Proactive, solution-oriented profile committed to safety. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Kaizen / continuous improvement. Residence near the plant.
