Job Summary: A major industrial company is seeking a Production Manager to manage and optimize processes, lead teams, and ensure achievement of objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and optimize production processes in a steel manufacturing company. 2. Lead teams and coordinate production planning. 3. Promote continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulations. A major industrial company manufacturing steel products is looking for a Production Manager to join its team. Main responsibilities will include: Develop daily production scheduling. Assign daily manpower (M.O.) to each process. Coordinate with Production Planning and Control to assign production priorities according to company needs. Monitor daily production targets and identify causes of deviations. Monitor adherence to monthly standard production schedules and special order production schedules. Monitor and analyze efficiency indicators for each process during the respective shift. Coordinate raw material supply according to each process schedule. Ensure accurate production reporting by each operator/process. Schedule intermediate product inventory levels as required. Propose improvements to production processes. Analyze and monitor operational human resources; coordinate overtime and request additional resources if necessary. Plan work shifts and coordinate with staff. Effectively perform leadership duties: listen to team members’ concerns, resolve conflicts and address team inquiries. Monitor use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safe work procedures for each process. Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety (HyS) policies. Report any accidents occurring among personnel under supervision. Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System. Requirements for the Position: Advanced student or graduate of industrial-oriented or related degree programs. (Preferred) Knowledge and experience managing personnel. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. (Mandatory) Availability to work rotating shifts.
