We seek to hire Cleaning Staff to guarantee the hygiene and presentation standards of our store, directly contributing to customer experience and the safe operation of the commercial space. Position Mission Ensure optimal conditions of cleanliness, order, and basic maintenance of the premises, upholding the brand’s physical standards and preventing operational risks. Main Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning of the premises (sales floor, display windows, fitting rooms, restrooms, and storage area). Maintain general order in common areas. Restock sanitary supplies. Properly manage waste disposal. Complete the daily cleaning checklist. Report any incidents detected to the Supervisor. Collaborate with the team to sustain a safe and tidy work environment. Profile Requirements Minimum Education: Completed secondary school (preferred). Experience: Prior experience in cleaning tasks in retail stores, offices, or public-facing spaces (preferred). Technical Knowledge: Proper use of cleaning products. Basic hygiene and safety standards. Adherence to structured routines. Key Competencies: Responsibility and punctuality. Orderliness and attention to detail. Discipline in following procedures. Teamwork. Position Conditions Work Schedule: Shift-based. Working Hours: Compatible with store opening and/or closing times. Work Mode: On-site. Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract.
