We are looking for a Store Manager with a strong results orientation, leadership capabilities, and commercial management experience. Location: Shopping Nuevocentro, Córdoba. Employment Type: Full-time, on-site – Flexible working hours Your key responsibilities: - Operational supervision and management: ensuring the store’s daily operations run smoothly, including opening, closing, maintenance, and visual merchandising. - Administrative control: cash handling, cash reconciliations, inventory management, documentation, and compliance with internal processes. - KPI analysis: monitoring metrics such as average transaction value, units per transaction, conversion rate, and average price. - Report generation: preparing performance reports and improvement proposals. - Team training and motivation: developing sales skills, coaching, providing feedback, and evaluating performance. - Implementation of commercial strategies: designing action plans to maximize results and achieve sales targets.
