At Mundo Plan, we are searching for an Accountant / Accounting Administrator to join our team and support the company’s administrative and accounting management. We seek a person with solid experience who values stability, commitment, and teamwork. Main Responsibilities - Management and supervision of invoicing, collections, and supplier payments. - Bank reconciliations and current account monitoring. - Recording and control of accounting transactions in the Bejerman system. - Preparation of information for the accounting firm and regulatory agencies. - Preparation of monthly reports on income, expenses, and results. - Collection follow-up and client contact. - Administrative support and collaboration with various company departments. - Proposal of improvements to administrative and accounting processes. What We Are Looking For? - Graduated Public Accountant or individuals who have studied Public Accounting (even if not yet completed), provided they possess solid accounting knowledge. - Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles. - Experience with the Bejerman system (preferred). - Advanced Excel skills. - Organized, responsible, autonomous, and solution-oriented profile. - Particularly valued: professionals with extensive career experience seeking to join a stable, long-term work environment.
