Imagine undertaking challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects—and being responsible for: * Ensuring execution of strategy and training programs related to operational topics and new functionalities at Mercado Libre's Distribution Center. * Developing training plans and generating synergy across different areas to align efforts and consider impacts on time and resources. * Designing dashboards, automating data flows, and performing complex database queries to integrate warehousing and transportation information—identifying productivity gaps and driving data-driven training interventions. * Planning, organizing, and leading key national development programs—including analysis of compliance metrics, regional goals, and learning effectiveness. * Supporting identification of training, upskilling, and continuous improvement needs for forklift equipment processes—and collaborating on change management strategies across teams. * Managing technology and process optimization projects—collaborating on change management strategies to standardize reporting and ensure operational decisions are made using accurate, real-time information. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of professional experience in planning, operations, or data analysis. * Experience designing dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau—and extracting data via SQL queries—is desirable. * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data processing and modeling. * Prior work experience in technology companies, mass-consumption firms, or startups—and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)—is desirable. * Demonstrated familiarity with AI tools aimed at optimizing daily tasks and automating reports—is desirable.
