At **FYG \| For Your Growth**, we support the search for an **Information Security Project Analyst** to join a major financial group and participate in technological and security initiatives within a highly critical and regulated environment. We seek a candidate with experience in applications and technology projects, an analytical mindset, and the ability to operate across implementation, operations, and security—working cross-functionally with diverse teams. ### **What will be your challenge?** You will play a key role in implementing and evolving critical applications and solutions, ensuring their proper functionality, stability, and security. You will participate in technology and cybersecurity projects from an integrated perspective: supporting implementations, managing changes and deployments, resolving incidents, and incorporating necessary controls to guarantee secure environments aligned with organizational standards. ### **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Participate in the implementation of applications, solutions, and enhancements related to technology and cybersecurity projects. * Manage operations and support for critical applications, intervening in incident and problem resolution. * Execute and support changes, deployments, and validations, ensuring correct implementation. * Implement security controls and requirements on applications, considering internal standards and regulatory requirements. * Identify improvement opportunities that contribute to strengthening solution stability, security, and efficiency. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and provide visibility into project progress, changes, and services. * Collaborate with Technology, Cybersecurity, and other involved teams. ### **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 3 years of experience working with critical applications, technology projects, and/or cybersecurity initiatives. * Experience in application support and operations, incident management, deployments, and change management. * Knowledge or experience in implementing security controls. * Experience in financial institutions, regulated industries, or operational high-criticality environments will be especially valued. * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Analytical, solution-oriented, organized profile with the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders and teams. Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty, PMP, or others related to technology, projects, or security will be valued.
