Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coordinate sales teams, and ensure customer satisfaction in a gourmet food company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the store's daily operations and sales team 2. Ensure proper customer service and process compliance 3. Manage merchandise, stock, inventory, and adherence to procedures We are looking for a Store Manager for a gourmet food company. Work Location: Alto Rosario Shopping – Rosario, Santa Fe. Working Hours: 48 hours per week. Weekends and holidays are included (shopping center schedule). One day off per week. Main Responsibilities: Lead the store's daily operations. Coordinate, support, and supervise the sales team. Achieve commercial goals and management indicators. Supervise proper customer service and payment processes. Monitor merchandise receipt, stock, and inventory. Ensure compliance with the brand's operational procedures. Perform cash register and store opening/closing. Prepare reports and track performance indicators. Requirements: ✔ Proven experience as Store Manager or Supervisor in well-known retail or mass-consumption brands. ✔ Proficiency in management and billing systems (mandatory). ✔ Experience in merchandise receipt, stock control, and operational procedures. ✔ Knowledge of cash handling and payment methods. ✔ Leadership profile with initiative, excellent communication skills, and customer orientation.
