A leading SME in the import and distribution of machinery for green space maintenance is seeking an Administrative Analyst.
Responsibilities
Perform bank and account reconciliations.
Review, verify, and enter invoices, receipts, and other financial documents (invoices/credit notes/debit notes).
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
Process credit card closings.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an intermediate or advanced stage of one of the following programs: Business Administration or Public Accounting.
Minimum of three years’ experience in similar administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
