Position Summary: Bigual is seeking a digital marketing and communications specialist to define content strategy and positioning, managing social media and creative production autonomously. We are looking for someone who will manage day-to-day digital content and communications with methodology, judgment, and autonomy—and who will jointly define, alongside leadership, Bigual’s content and positioning strategy. We need someone passionate about marketing and creativity—but above all, about communication and amplifying the voice of a brand that makes honest products yet has not yet reached all its potential consumers. We seek someone highly skilled in social media positioning and virality, able to demonstrate proven results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with leadership to define content strategy and social media positioning. * Plan and produce content for Instagram and TikTok, operating our AI agent. * Write scripts for organic content, recording sessions, and paid campaigns. * Grow TikTok as a priority channel. * Manage community engagement: messages and comments on Instagram and TikTok, escalating to sales and customer service as needed. * Analyze and coordinate collaborations with creators and user-generated content (UGC). * Execute email marketing via Perfit: weekly campaigns measured by revenue. * Coordinate orders with designers and traffic specialists. * Create event-related content (some weekends). * Maintain performance dashboard and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Demonstrable growth of a personal or brand account with quantifiable results (proof required). * Experience in food, wellness, fitness, nutrition, supplementation, or healthy consumption sectors. * Hands-on experience with Instagram and TikTok. * Proven proficiency with Notion and Trello. * Practical application of AI in daily work. * Active Monotributo registration or ability to register immediately. * Hybrid availability based in José León Suárez, including some weekends. **Desirable:** Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications · experience in email marketing · prior collaboration with creators. **Offered:** Fixed fee of $1.750.000–$2.000.000 ARS per month depending on demonstrated profile, plus scalable variable compensation tied to revenue.
