We Are Looking For: QA Tester You will be responsible for ensuring software quality by conducting functional and non-functional testing, documenting results, and automating processes where possible. You will also perform load and stress testing to guarantee application performance. Location: CABA Modality: Hybrid Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 hs · Main Responsibilities We are seeking a .NET Developer experienced in building and maintaining web applications, oriented toward delivering robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions. Key responsibilities include: Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to define the most appropriate testing approach (manual and automated). Develop test plans considering strategies such as regression, smoke, load, and stress testing, among others. Design and execute manual and automated tests, ensuring correct product functionality across all interfaces. Develop and maintain automation scripts to facilitate regression and continuous testing. Document test results, generate evidence, and collaborate with the development team to resolve defects. Propose and implement testing process improvements focused on optimization and quality. · What We’re Looking For: Required Skills Experience designing, planning, and executing manual functional tests on conversational flows (chatbots, WhatsApp), API integrations, and CRM systems. Proven experience in functional test automation (development and execution). Ability to develop test plans, identify key test cases, and conduct impact analysis. Knowledge and experience testing backend services (REST APIs) using Postman / Newman or similar tools. Experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter or Artillery. Strong database knowledge, especially MySQL. Minimum 3 years of experience in manual and automated QA/QC roles. Academic background in Information Technology-related fields (Engineering, Bachelor’s, or Technical degrees), graduated or currently studying. · Education Technology-related studies: Systems Engineering, Bachelor’s degrees, Technical degrees. Graduates or currently enrolled in related programs. · Desirable Requirements Familiarity with automation tools such as Cypress or Playwright. Proficiency in Azure DevOps Test Plans. Knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.). Experience in financial sector companies or similar industries. Experience or interest in generative AI. What Do We Value in Your Profile?
