We are currently looking for a Merchant Supervisor to support the development and growth of our network.
What will be your challenge?
You will be responsible for supervising, supporting, and strengthening the network of merchants and branches, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives and promoting continuous improvement of the team.
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor the commercial management of merchants and branches.
Train and support merchants' responsible personnel in their professional development.
Identify opportunities for improvement and drive commercial initiatives.
Lead and coordinate actions to achieve objectives.
Manage commercial agreements and support new openings.
Travel to various locations to provide on-site support and monitoring.

Commercial profile with strong results orientation.
Leadership, communication, and training skills.
Proactivity and autonomy for fieldwork.

2 years of experience
