At Famago, we are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our operations in the city of Salta. The position is responsible for the overall management of the branch, leading a team of approximately 50 people, with a focus on achieving commercial objectives, sales quality, collections management, and proper logistical operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and support the branch’s workforce. Achieve the sales and collection targets defined by the company. Ensure that sales made are of high quality and collectible. Supervise and optimize commercial, administrative, and logistical processes. Monitor management indicators and the branch’s financial performance. Manage and control operational expenses. Handle human resources-related matters, including team climate and performance. Ensure the proper overall functioning of the business unit.
