This position will be responsible for managing personnel updates, absenteeism control, temporary staff administration, personnel file management, HR indicator tracking, and coordination of documentation and supplies for staff. Additionally, it will provide support in monitoring outsourced services and procurement management. We seek proactive, organized individuals with excellent communication skills. University or tertiary studies related to HR, either in progress or completed, will be valued. Requirements **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, HR, or related fields. Graduated. Experience in logistics, transportation, or related industries.
