The ideal candidate will bring expertise in digital design and passion for innovation. You are someone who thrives in fast\-paced environments, is detail\-oriented, and can balance creativity with strategic thinking to produce high\-quality designs that align with business goals. **What you'll do** * Develop original and high\-quality creative assets for a variety of projects, ensuring consistent application of visual identity and brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints. * Collaborate with the digital production team and other departments to articulate design decisions and execute projects effectively. * Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment, ensuring quality and meeting project deadlines. * Create digital assets for campaigns, including static and animated banners (HTML5\), social media content, email marketing materials, and landing pages. * Stay updated on the latest trends in digital design, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas to the team. * Ensure all designs meet usability and accessibility standards (WCAG compliance). **What you'll need** * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. * Experience in digital design. * Strong conceptual design and execution skills, with expertise in design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy. * Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, Adobe XD, and others. * Experience in motion graphics and HTML5 banner animation. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). * Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. * Strong visual communication abilities to effectively convey ideas through design. * Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changes, and solve complex design challenges creatively and efficiently. * A passion for design and innovation.
